All requests for research must be accompanied by a $5.00 donation prior to doing any research. This fee covers one hour of research and a reasonable amount of copies and postage. If the research requires additional time, we will request an additional donation. These donations go into our book fund, which is used to buy books or other media for our library collection. All of our research is done by volunteer staff of the Yamhill County Genealogical Society. Remember to always include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) when making a request.
